It was in a very ideal location for touring downtown Cleveland and going to a Cavs game. It was very spacious and luxurious. The Rooftop patio had stunning views of the city. Property was very clean and well taken care of.

Great place in an amazing location. I’ve lived in Cleveland for 18 years and never stayed at the flats. Lots to do within walking distance. Space is nice, clean and has it all

Beautiful house. It was the perfect spot for a bachelorette weekend.

They went above and beyond to help us. We did end up transferring to another property that better suited our family. We recommend them for all your stays.

Great instructions for the home and the surrounding area. Walkable restaurants and various pubs within 1/4 mile Very clean and modern with plenty of items such as paper towels toilet paper, spices, etc Highly recommend.

Walkable to several pet friendly restaurants. Check in was easy, the house looked just like pictures and was clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and cleaning supplies. There is a narrow shared driveway for guest parking but we weren’t able to park our talk vehicle there due to a low hanging tree limb. Street parking is available but limited. It was nice to have a washer and dryer even if it was in the shared basement. We would stay here again.

Spent one night in the house for a work trip with coworkers. Hot tub was certainly a plus and rooms were spacious and neat. Would stay again if I was in the area.

The host was super responsive. The location was great and close to restaurants and stadiums.

Perfect for our large group family reunion. Beautiful homes. Very clean. Easy travel to downtown Cleveland and suburbs. We would definitely choose this property again.
