It was in a very ideal location for touring downtown Cleveland and going to a Cavs game. It was very spacious and luxurious. The Rooftop patio had stunning views of the city. Property was very clean and well taken care of.

So beautiful! Very roomy and clean.

This house was incredible and instrumental in providing our family the best time. It was very spacious, beautiful, clean, and each room was more stunning than the previous one. The screened in porch was heavenly, and we enjoyed the side yard playing corn hole and tossing the football. The beds were so luxurious. The kitchen was large with plenty of counter space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. An added pleasure was the horse-drawn carriage passes right in front of the house which was a delight to the children. Thank you, Samantha, for making our Berea stay so special with your gorgeous home. God bless you.

Lovely house with all the modern facilite and supplies. The location is private but near town. Easy to find and a very communicative host.

Lots of space. Beautiful place. Safe neighborhood

We had a terrific weekend in Cleveland! Our units with Source One Realty (we rented the 300 and 600 units), accommodated our party of six beautifully. The units are impeccably designed and furnished for comfort and fun (especially unit 300!). They are clean, stylish and well equipped for coffee and kitchen amenities -- though, honestly, with the number of bars and restaurants surrounding the units, we rarely cooked. The location couldn't have been better. Our party was able to walk pretty much everywhere, including the Playhouse District (10 min) and the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (20 min). The entrance is in the HEART of the social scene of Cleveland, which comes with the energy and crowd sounds you would expect, though it wasn't a problem for us. Some of the very best bars and restaurants in the city and steps away (Butcher & the Brewer is a must go!). There is only remote parking, and we had 24/7 access (in/out) through Public Center Parking, that worked great. Highly recommend!
